Who we are

This website is run by [LEGAL NAME, e.g. Steve Pullenger trading as Steve Pullenger Photography] [Company number if a limited company], [REGISTERED / BUSINESS ADDRESS]. Contact: sjpull1@hotmail.co.uk. We are the controller of personal data collected through this site.

Data we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your full name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, your preferred date, the location or town for the shoot, and anything you write in the message box. We also record the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived from an advert or a tracked link, the campaign details in that link (such as utm_source, gclid or fbclid), so we know how you found us. If you accept cookies, Microsoft Clarity collects anonymised information about how you use the site (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and device type).

Lawful basis

We use enquiry details on the basis of legitimate interests and, where you ask us to quote or book, to take steps before entering into a contract with you. Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.

How we use and store your data

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and deliver your photoshoot, and keep basic records. General enquiries that don't lead to a booking are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. [CONFIRM booking record retention, e.g. 6 years]

Third-party processors

  • Hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and security)
  • CRM: GoHighLevel (storing and managing enquiries)
  • Analytics: Microsoft Clarity (only if you accept cookies)

Some processors may store data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum are in place.

Marketing and opt-out

We won't send you marketing unless you've agreed to it. You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing sjpull1@hotmail.co.uk.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To make a request, email sjpull1@hotmail.co.uk.
